The Short Version
The Atlas: At World's End collects no personal data. We have no servers, and there are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. Your maps stay on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your own iCloud Drive.
What We Collect
Nothing. The app does not gather or send us any personal information.
- No account or sign-in. You never give us a name, email or password.
- No analytics or telemetry. We do not measure how you play.
- No advertising or third-party SDKs that profile you.
- No tracking across apps or websites.
Your Maps and iCloud
Your saved maps are stored on your device so you can pick up where you left off. Game settings stay on the device and are never synced.
If you are signed in to iCloud with iCloud Drive turned on, the app also keeps a copy of your saved maps in the app's folder in your iCloud Drive, so they appear on your other devices. That copy is stored by Apple under your Apple Account and is covered by Apple's privacy policy. We cannot see or access it.
To stop syncing, turn off iCloud Drive for the app in the Settings app. Deleting a map in the game removes it; deleting the app removes the copies on that device.
Children
The app is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children.
